Delivery zones

KISMO currently delivers worldwide.


Order processing times

All orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.
All orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the following day.

Shipments are processed excluding weekends and public holidays.

Parcels are prepared and shipped from our logistics centre.


Delivery times

Once shipped, orders are delivered within an estimated timeframe of: 7 to 14 working days.

These delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on the carrier, peak periods, or events beyond our control.


Delivery fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s delivery.


Delivery delays

In the event of a delivery delay outside of KISMO’s control (carrier issues, weather conditions, strikes, etc.), KISMO cannot be held responsible.

However, our customer service team remains available to assist you and take the necessary steps.


Lost or undelivered parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service at:

An investigation will be opened with the carrier.


Delivery address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate.

In the event of an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
