Refund & Returns Policy — KISMO

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with UK legislation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason.


Exercise of the right of withdrawal & refunds

When the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the conditions above and the return is accepted, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, including Klarna where applicable.


Return conditions

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The products have not been used

  • The products are returned in their original, unopened and intact packaging

  • The request is made within 14 days after delivery

⚠️ In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons lose their right of withdrawal if unsealed after delivery. This includes cosmetic products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

KISMO cannot be held responsible for lost parcels without proof of delivery.


Special cases

Wrong shade or product ordered

If the customer selected the wrong reference or shade, return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect address

If the address provided is incorrect, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

No reshipment will be made without prior payment of shipping fees.


Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days after delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product concerned

We will provide a quick solution after reviewing your request.

In this case, KISMO covers all costs.


Missing item

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at:

Refunds

Once the returned parcel has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days, covering only the product price (excluding shipping costs).


Refund method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

If the order was paid with Klarna, the refund will be processed directly through Klarna.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


“Satisfied or refunded” commercial guarantee

KISMO offers a commercial guarantee independent of the legal right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

  • Request made within 7 days after delivery

  • Product used according to instructions

  • Before/after photos required

  • At least 50% of the product remaining

  • Instruction card visible in photos

Exclusions:

  • Change of mind without justification

  • Fully used product

  • Late request

  • Lack of visual proof

⚠️ Important: Tingling sensation from Lip Volume cannot justify a refund, as this is stated on the product page and is part of the expected effect.
